HOW TO JOIN WASCA OR RENEW MEMBERSHIP

REMINDERS:  WASCA Club renewals are due June 1st of every year.  A Delegate's Name and contact information  must be provided for your club.

Application for or Renewal of Membership:

Click WASCA Clubs Application & Renewal Form (MS Word Format) to download the form in Microsoft Word format.  It may then be completed on your computer.  Please fill the form out completely--a Delegate's name must be provided.  Print the completed form and submit with a check in the amount of $20, made payable to WASCA, to the Membership Director (click for contact information). 

If you do not have Microsoft Word compatible software click WASCA Clubs Application & Renewal Form (PDF).  Print that form and complete it by hand and submit with your check for $20 to the Membership Director.

Keep a completed copy handy for your club's records.  Your club's data sheet is the key resource for communications and is also used for insurance purposes.  If changes occur it is important to let us know of the changes as they occur.
