WASCA Meetings Schedule

The February WASCA meeting is considered the annual WASCA meeting and elections for the Board of Directors are held at that meeting.  Those newly elected officers take office on June 1.  So, the WASCA planning cycle begins with June 1 and goes through May 31.  As an example, the 2011 - 2012 dance year begins June 1, 2011 and ends May 31, 2012. 

The full Board of Directors meets as a group every month over the course of the year except for August and December.  The Executive Committee of the Board also meets in August and December. 

Regular Delegates' meetings are held quarterly in September, November, February and May.  These meetings are concurrent with the Board of Directors meetings in those months.  The Delegates' meetings are run by the Board.
