On this page you will find the answers to questions that have surfaced during the development of the website or that have been submitted by users of the website. They occur in roughly the order of the frequency that they are asked.
1. Why can't I send e-mail messages from the web page links?
We know that some users have problems with sending e-mail through the website links. We also know that each Internet Service Provider (ISP), such as AOL, Comcast, Cox, Adelphia or others may use different types of e-mail servers. Any user may find that they will have to edit their e-mail account settings. Click How Do I Edit My e-Mail Accounts? for a PDF file to assist you in managing your e-mail account(s). Print this file and have it beside you when you call your Service Provider.
You may try the e-mail settings shown in the PDF document above. The PDF file is a general guide, that will probably apply in about 90 percent of the cases of e-mail sending problems. However, because each Service Provider may use mail server settings that are unique to that Service Provider we cannot guarantee that this will work in every case. Even if it does not, it does show the steps that the Technical Support team will walk you through to edit your e-mail account settings.
