HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO CALLS 'N' CUES
REGULAR SUBSCRIPTION:
Click Calls 'n' Cues Subscription Form (MS Word Format) to download the Subscription Form in Microsoft Word format. It may then be completed on your computer. Please print the completed form and submit the form with payment in the correct amount. The subscription rate is $15.00 (1 year) or $30.00 (2 years). WASCA will accept payment by credit card or by check. If paying by credit card, enter complete credit card information, including your signature, on the subscription form itself. If paying by check please include a check made payable to WASCA in the correct amount as given above. Send the completed form with payment to the Subscriptions Director, Dottie Hanners, 102 Stratford Circle, Locust Grove, VA 22508.
If you do not have Microsoft Word compatible software click Calls 'n' Cues Subscription Form (PDF Format) to print a blank Subscription Form. Print that form and complete it by hand and submit with your payment as above.
GIFT SUBSCRIPTION:
If you wish to give your favorite square, round or other dancer a gift subscription to Calls 'n' Cues, click Calls 'n' Cues Gift Subscription Form to download the form in Microsoft Word format. Complete the form on your computer and print the form. Submit the form along with the correct payment of $15 or $30 to the Subscriptions Director, Dottie Hanners, 102 Stratford Circle, Locust Grove, VA 22508.
