·        If you are using specialized fonts, be sure to send the fonts if necessary in a separate email.

·        Always send photos separately - NOT embedded in the document.  .JPG preferred.  2 MB limit.

·        When sending attachments, PLEASE indicate what program the attachment is in.  It makes it much easier to open!

·        Camera Ready:  All ads and submissions should be Black & White, formatted and sized to a     6” x 9” page.  If camera-ready or sizing is not possible, please contact the Editor for assistance before submission at 703 729-2109.
