HOW TO SUBMIT ARTICLES, ADS, AND OTHER COPY
COPY DEADLINE: Editor must receive all input (copy, pictures, and camera-ready ads) normally by the 25th day of the month two (2) months prior to the month of publication for every month. An exception is the deadline for the January, February and April issues when input is due by the 23rd day of the month two months prior to publication. Please remember--when sending by regular mail send 5 to 7 days before the deadline to allow for time in the postal system.

GENERAL:
E-MAIL SUBMISSIONS PREFERRED: Send everything (graphics/pictures/ articles/schedules/etc.) by e-mail. CAMERA READY: All ads and submissions should be Black & White and formatted and sized to a 6" x 9" page. If camera-ready or sizing is not possible, please contact the Editor before submission.
- Send specialized fonts in a separate e-mail
- Tell us what program you are using. Click here Computer Programs Accepted for a list of computer applications that we can deal with. If your application is not on the list we cannot process your submission.
PHOTOS:
- Always send photos separately as an attachment to the e-mail.
- Do not embed photos in the text or document.
- JPG is preferred
- 2 MB size limit
